Very large. Anything over 4mm will likely never close up again. I have 4mm piercings in my Labia and it's taken several years to stretch them to that size.

Mine was 10mm, not worn anything in it for 3 years now and can still get a 6mm ring in. When you go 10mm or over the skin has tendency to not go back to its original point of elasticity and it shrinks down to a certain level and just stops. We used to call it the cats arse effect |
