My sister had a boob job for medical not vanity reasons

Not all boob jobs are there to look good, my sister was badly burnt as a child and as a result lost a lot of tissue so her boobs didn't grow and she only had one nipple, she just wanted to be 'normal', had been bullied all through school because of this

Its given her confidence, she'd never had a boyfriend before the operation and always covered upto her necck even in the summer

I think that's more important than how they feel or bounce

Luckily she met a guy who saw past her fake boobs

Whether its for medical or vanity reasons so long as the lady feels better about herself I think that's all that matters

I don't think I've ever met an augmented pair.

Maybe it matters why she had the augmentation. Perhaps that tells you about the person and that will affect what you think. There are many good and less good reasons for surgery.
