....realistically...what would it include?
For us it would be - plenty of lockable rooms, decent sized hot tubs, slightly more women than men attending (not realistic I know lol) a reasonably remote but easy to get to location, not too expensive, smartly decorated, very clean, decent dance floor and maybe a bit of karaoke  |

I was going to say filled with beautiful people who want to play with us... but I'm going to go a little bit different.
I think the perfect club would also host sex education classes, have sexual health advice, testing sessions etc. Discussion groups and events to really build a sense of community. |

Ooh that's a good suggestion! I know some clubs have testing available.
Events are great too - although the more obvious ones like theme nights and parties are quite wonderful enough |

In America it seems to be "ethical, sex-positive" sex shops that take the lead in hosting events. Some of the one I hear talked about at Sugar in Baltimore, Smitten Kitten in Minnesota, Babeland New York, Good Vibrations etc.

Oh this is fun!
Set in the country, absolute must. Plenty of parking (obv) and nice secluded gardens.
Really well decorated...perhaps a trad country house hotel feel.
Really good bar/buffet food - even a restaurant.
No disco. Perhaps a singer now and again. And a pianist.
Various dungeons, wet rooms....
And playrooms in various styles.
Lots of different themed nights.
A programme of lunch and dinner parties.
Nice bright lighting - if you've got wobbly bits, be proud of them!
Funny, nice, very very filthy people who ENJOY their swinging.
Build it and I (for one) will come!

Would rather meet for a threesome, foursome or moresome in a club, where else can you chat first in a lounge with little or no clothing on. Not all swingers are exhibitionists especially when there are too many single men lurking  |
