Simple question really. None of my friends know I'm into this lifestyle. I'm not too sure how they would react if they knew.
What are your thoughts on this? |

stays private till some so and so of here from same small town told most of the local about us amd showed pics thats why all our pics are now private |

As of this week... One... that's what happens when Mrs goes out for a "quiet" drink with her nearby friends and the talk gets a bit naughty...
However as swinging meets continue to become regular friends too, we can see one day our vanilla friends being outnumbered!

Currently just our closest joint friend. I expect the number to go up a little when we see some of our oldest friendship group but I wouldn't share with all our friends simply because I don't generally discuss our relationship in fine detail with most of our friends. |

I had a little too much JD on a night out and let out a few details. My friends were a) horrified b) full of questions. c) Judgmental when I wouldn't answer those questions.
I've never spoken to any of them since.
Btw, they'd all had secret affairs with married men. At least when I'm fucking a married man, I'm usually fucking his wife too  |

A few, recently told my best friend whilst d*unk and he said he had known for years, quite a relief, no judgement, just surprise.. he thinks im quite innocent .. always the quiet ones. |

Most my close friends know including my mother who was just highly jealous when I told her.it also helps with the safety aspect, as I can tell her where I am or whos coming around and know that she keeps it to herself |

It's more of NOT having my mum and dad find out.
I live on my own but I still disappear and they do wonder.

Pretty much all my good friends know I go to various types of sex clubs. They all know I have multiple partners - some more casual than others. |

Been swinging 36 year,s in July we got married very young Paul was my first.Our friends would be gob smacked if they found out.
We made a very big mistake year,s ago played with friends but they moved away and so have we. It all went wrong with them so we made a rule no friends and don,t tell any of them |

My best friend. I told her while on a night out all about it. Her and her partner now have a profile and join us at clubs. we have 2 other friends who also know but don't judge. Xx |

We are quite open about what we do with most people, when we first went to a club I told my friends immediately and they weren't surprised in the slightest. We also told his parents who asked us lots of questions and weren't bothered in the slightest just curious...telling your mother in law that last night you were in a dungeon, on a cross getting shocked with a violet wand is hilarious  |

Only one friend knows I'm on here. She has led a interesting life herself, but has never swung, but doesn't approve what I do.

A few of our friends, family & workmates. I operate a don't ask the question if you don't want to hear the answer policy with everyone because I don't have the 'too much information' filter that a lot of others do.....most are curious and ask questions  |

All of my friends know and a lot of my workmates too, even my boss who finds it amusing...the only people who don't are my parents and sister...though I think my sister has an inkling after our spa day yesterday when I announced that this was the first time id been in a jacuzzi and not been naked

Mrs G told her sister yesterday as the subject "just popped up". Apparently the sister in law wants to try a swingers club so maybe it's better that we all know so we don't go to the same club on the same night.
Although if we ask her to babysit now she will never believe we are going to the cinema  |

Just one of my friends knows - an ex I'm still friendly with. We're both sort of discovering this lifestyle at the same time, in fact we egg each other on a bit! She's not on here, though, she's on Killing Kittens and trying to persuade me to join too! |

Swinging is still a taboo subject to some folks
no matter what kind of window dressing or publicity attached to it as normal folks . Some people still regard swinging as abnormal way of life.that's why always keep it to myself. |

For us the fact we swing feels like a great big secret. None of our family know so we chose to tell a couple of our friends, newer ones only. It was a huge release to be able to talk about it and answer questions they had.
Mr has also told a couple of people at work as those lives don't cross.
Honestly we're hoping to move and start a new life away from where we are now. If we do we'll be much more open about it.

Most of our friends know. But we don't tend to discuss our adventures if the other parties wish it kept secret.
My wife and I simply choose to be quite open and honest about our own life with friends. |

. Hopefully no one . There is a lot more to life than swinging and I prefer to keep these activities private . Why would anyone need to know or why would you want to discuss it with friends ? |

Only one, Jaynes best friend, and she kind of figured it out for herself, and during one d*unken girly night in with Jayne she kept asking, having already come out to Jayne as being bi, until Jayne admitted it.
It kinda led on to a very pleasant MFF on another d*unken girly night in, when she told Jayne she needed some decent cock (her and her partner had split up), and she asked if she could "borrow" me, Jaynes answer was "only as a 3sum", next thing they are heading to ours and the rest is, well, a very pleasant tale lol!

Pretty much everyone that is close to me. I have managed to changed most of their perceptions of what'swingers' are too. It's unbelievable that they stereotype swingers all the same (not favourably either) and when they have met some of my friends I have met on here on a 'vanilla' night out they have actually said to me " they were really nice and I'm surprised how normal they were" Ffs what did you think they were going to be like?? Having sex in the middle of the dance floor for everyone to watch?? being open with my friends has made my pass time more excepted for sure. Even converted a couple of them onto this site and I'm taking my friends brother (purely platonic) to a club on Friday |
