if you meet and the other people take pics even without faces do they then have the right to put them up on here without your permission. and if they do put up can they then complain if you save and upload to your friends gallery on here. i was told pics were for their own private use but then saw on here and thought fuck it i may as well have them in my gallery to attach in messages only and they saw them as they were on friend list and had nerve to moan. after saying they were for their private use in first place. views pleas |

They took the pic so they own the copyright.
If you can prove that you did not agree to them being online then you may be able to take action, but without a written, signed agreement that is hard to prove.
I guess, with recent changes in the law on posting sexual images on line, you may have more say, but I don't know enough about that legislation to speculate.
If we were at a meet and someone tried to take our picture then we would walk immediately. |

Agreed. Posting on a public forum (Fab is public!) would not meet the definition of Private Use I think. |

i thought u need signed agreement to post them. maybe i was bit naieve and gullible as first meet.. just the attitude in way they told me to remove it that pissed me off |

We sometimes take pics during meets, but we make sure everyone is happy about it, and we always cover faces, scars, jewellery, tats etc.
Lots actually ask for copies, so we send them shots but edit our own faces etc, then its up to them what they do with them.
We never take pics if anyone isn't sure about it, and we always ask anyone with a camera to let us know when they are taking pics so we can decide at each shot if we are happy. |

when i did a pirn shoot many years ago i had to sign to give permission even tho he shot film. they couldnt post on site without it. |

Clearly there are differences of opinion here .
We take lots of pics on meets and everyone is asked if it ok to use them on our profile .
If anyone objects we don't use them , but we would never hoodwink anyone .
Many times our meets have lifted pics off our profile and we see nothing wrong with that .
But going back to the op , we don't blame you , they were dishonest so why not lift them ?

Ive had pics taken of me by two men on separate meets. They were both at my request and used my camera on one and my phone on the other one. The men didnt use their phone or camera at all and they are just on my profile for my use and they didnt ask for copies either. I may be a bit naive but if both parties relating to the OPs post have the pics, and one posts them, then surely the OP can post them to his profile too? Seems a bit one sided that only they can post them |

Actually all you need to do is report the pic say it's you and you didn't agree to them being on here and the pic will be removed.
All pics must have permission from.everyone in them |

The photographer owns the pictures but a release form is the norm if they are going public. The moral of the story is, if you are worried then don't let them take pics. People have been known to lie. |
