It's more likely to be that Google Play have pulled it because it uses the 'sex' word. Anything adult gets pulled sooner or later and without Google Play app developers are fighting a losing battle. Most phone users wouldn't know how to install an app from anywhere else and would, quite rightly in most cases, be suspicious of it.
