Buy a douche, fill it up with warm water, squirt it up your arse and repeat until the water coming back out of your arse is clear...it's not the most enjoyable fun you can have on your own, but I prefer to do it just in case I have any anal fun 
P.S. If you're stopping in an hotel with your club buddy and you've mentioned you previously had a dodgy tum, do mention to her that you're douching when you go in the bathroom otherwise she'll think you've got the runs from hell seeing as the bathroom walls are very thin  |

Buy a douche from lovehoney, and use warm water (not hot!!) Make sure you lie on your left side while you do it or you risk perforating your bowel, squeeze the water up there then lie still holding it in for as long as you can. Repeat a couple of times.

I've been douching for a while now and there's no way I'd stick a shower hose up my bum...I'd never get to the loo in time and I don't fancy chasing the occasional la'al nugget down the shower plug hole (sorry if that's TMI) |

Use your shower hose. I always douche when I am going to party or club scene. Because you never can tell what may happen during foreplay. I prefer to be clean. I expect the same thing from a woman. |
