I get more messages now, asking for a meet, than ever before now that my profile clearly says I'm not meeting. I've turned loads down recently and had loads of abusive messages.
Apparently I'm a time waster because they've not bothered to read/understand/absorb the very first paragraph of my profile text. |

I think single guys get treated pretty rough on here. I understand the frustration. And you shouldn't feel like you just have to take what you can get, especially since some of you take better care of yourselves than a lot of couples/women on here. If a single guy says he isn't interested, which has happened, then I say have fun and we move on.  |

Ive had recent messages with no pic attached, just the usual hi how are you. One this morning was particularly strange. My profile clearly states im not meeting and now my status says the same, so its not just women |

I have said no to a few single ladies ( I know, can I really afford to do that), mainly because I am too busy with others, at the end of the day I don't want to bite off more than I can chew 
I also have never received any abuse from a woman who I have said no to in a polite manner. |

When I turn down men i always do it in a polite and friendly way and only ever had 1 abusive message back. When I have approached men it is the same, if they reply thanks but no thanks then I am fine with that and if they just don't get back to me that is ok too.
I will not take any thing to heart until i undress in front of a stranger and they start laughing!! That would dent my ego abit!! lol

This is why I delete my sent messages after sending out a myriad of 'fancy a fuck?' type messages (I have my own version). That way, I don't agonise over whether or not a guy's read, ignored or deleted a message. And the little line pointing out I have sent a message with no reply is there on their profile so I know to avoid them next time I get an urge. |

Maybe it is just the benefit of experience but if i don't feel any chemistry towards a couple I don't proceed. Although there have been rare awkward moments there has never been rudeness. I am always polite and generally find a dignified way to back away without them loosing face.
I myself never get offended when turned down either. Why? because to me dull going through the motions sex is way worse than being turned down. |

Exactly. There has to be chemistry between all parties or it's a No. Well, that's how I feel. Because when a single man is meeting a couple for the first time, anything could have happened before the meet. Couple could have argued, husband could get jealous, wife didn't know meet was happening. All warning signs. But if the chemistry is right between all parties then it's time for some serious fun. |
