The only way for one to have a bigger manhood is through surgery but the adding of length is only to a make a manhood seem large when flacid...it will be roughly the same size when erect, however adding girth to ones manhood using ones own bodyfat is becoming a common procedure... the only problem is that overtime, the body reabsorbs some of the fat back into the body. Noone would like to have a bigger cock than me.
Self conscious and unhappy would be an understatement.
However having lived with it for 46 years I have come to terms with the fact that it's never going to be any bigger than it is.
I console myself in the fact that, although small it's perfectly formed, works when it needs to and can produce large amounts of semen.
Which is what it's supposed to do. For that I am thankful.
