This is probably an unusual post and I'm not sure if this is allowed, if not feel free to have the thread removed. I don't want to step on anyone toes.
Let me start with explain why first and then you can all be the judge.....
I'm an active swinger myself and therefore fully understand how some might feel about me asking about this. Over the past two years I have being doing a bachelor of arts degree at university. I have a unique assignment task and I decided to take a look at the types of people that swing, id like to look at peoples lives outside of the swinging scene and if you're comfortable inside.
So, let me get to the point then...
I want to ask fellow swingers their opinions about why they swing, what fetishes they have, how it affects their personal lives inside and outside the scene, and what they do outside of the scene. Possibly, if this is at all feasible, get a few couples to allow me to photograph/film them (Artistic documentary style) outside of the swinging scene and, if they are comfortable, inside the scene.
I am fully aware of the sensitive/professional nature to some people so if you'd like to participate but you're not comfortable being photographed/filmed then perhaps you could provide some insight or if you'd like to be anonymous feel free to PM.
I'm happy to answer any questions if you'd like some piece of mind.

Think you will find most are pretty normal every day people.
Yes like all things your going to find the odd nutcase /eccentric.
Lot's of OTT characters, failing marriages, people indenile.
But generally people who you would never guess outside of the swinging world.
We would never let it be know outside our circle of swinging friends.
Due to our job's and family.
As open minded ad the population claims to be these days, fact is.
They are not.
The world is full of, homophobic,racist, bigots.
Who are narrow minded and will jump on anyone who doesn't conform with their idea of normal.
So no, we are not ready for the vanilla world to know our identities thanks. |

I don't doubt the genuine nature of your request but your profile is a single woman in a couples profile and you haven't proof read it. If I were to be interested in what you're asking I would want to see a higher degree of checking and a more professional approach to the written word. |

We have been approached directly before on the same topic. Difference was they were not involved in the lifestyle. You are. I'd say you have most of your answers coming from a couples profile.
