Did anyone watch the documentary about a young woman having a girlfriend as well as a boyfriend at the same time. I know this is not a dating site but wondered if anyone knew of any experiences where this involved a romantictic relationship.

I had a boyfriend and a husband at the same time.
It was a scheduling nightmare. I broke it off with the boyfriend after a couple of months. We weren't a very good match.

My boyfriend lived at the other end of the country. Trying to figure out when he could come through and juggling him, husband and son got quite difficult.
Coordinating the schedule of two adults and one toddler is gard enough. When you add a third adult it definitely doesn't make it any easier.

I am.poly. I've been with my wife for over 17 years (opened our marriage in 2003) and with my girlfriend since 2009. My wife usually has a couple of male partners some of whom are more serious than swinging buddies.
none of us is addicted to sex. When emotions are involved they are more important than the sex.

my wife and I had a girlfriend for most of 2010. Fun times, the dynamic of the triad was great when it worked.
None of us was addicted to sex but it did end when our girlfriend cheated on us. |
