Having read many a status from women who have just joined the site it seems that they get hounded almost the second they get here.
"hundreds of messages so vbare with me"
"too many messages to read, iI'll only reply to a few"
I assume many come here wanting to dip their toes into the scene but get flooded by a tsunami of horny men trying to get their cock in first.
How does this affect you ladies? Does it or has it put you off the scene or do you like the flood of attention? |

It can be a bit overwhelming at first
I think there's a checklist for new profiles that gives them tips on how to manage at the start
Filters can be a godsend |

I think that maybe by default filters should be on and you get told to turn them off when ready. |

This did happen to me. Literally 100s of messages, but after a few weeks I got to grips with filters and that certainly helped. I used to try and answer all messages, but decided it's crazy to even try. Every now and then I get "fab overload" and hide my profile for a bit. It can be overwhelming. |

I proceed with a block delete after I get a certain amount of messages. I can't be bothered and do not have the time to read everyone.. Another filter of mine is.. No picture attcahed=delete |

You cant post on the forums for at least a week after joining, Why not limit how many messages you can post or receive, say 10 for the first week then 20 the second week, It might help the Women who get 100s in the first few days to sort their filters out and Men who send 100s to think about what and who they send their messages too |

A friend joined. No pics. Minimal txt but she was female. 850 messages in a few hours or as I like to put it 850 desparate fuckers who'd fuck anything. She left before I could explain about filters. I think alot of women are put off this site because these numpties. |

First profile I had I logged in first time after joining and logged straight back off again in horror 
It's crazy!! There are guys who look for newbies and women just get bombarded!!
Maybe filters should be on automatically and you turn off the ones you want! |

I didn't come on here much when i first joined because i was meeting on another site and only joined to talk to one guy who asked me to join up to speak to him, and when i did come on here it was at 3am so wasn't overwhelmed with messages.
But yeah if you come on during the day you can get overwhelmed. Took me about a month of tweaking to get my inbox manageable, some days i would completely ignore my inbox coz it pissed me off that much.
Managed to get it right downto literally nothing but previous meets chatting to me now, only took 7 months lol.
Don't think you can do anything about it really, putting on filters to give you a break is good, blocking pesterers helps too. Otherwise you've just got to wait for more newbies to join and hope they get all the attention, am sure this helps.  |
