I've let myself go over the last year or so,

I've now decided to kick my ass in to gear and get back to the gym next month

NOT looking forward to the first few days at all haha

I use to go a lot,

I've just had a lot of my time occupied over the last 18 months,

its now time to get some self discipline back into my life
