This morning I asked a couple of questions of bisexual guys, some answered on the forum and some by private message. Here are my findings.
Are you openly bisexual or do you hide this from your mates?
Of the respondents to this particular question,
77% were only open on FAB about their bisexuality and kept this a secret in the non swinging world.
Only 11% were openly bisexual everywhere.
The remaining 12% had told just close family or partners / close friends.
The second question was the most interesting.
Do you actually find other guys attractive, or just want to play with a cock?
Of all the respondents to this question, 48% did not find guys sexually attractive but enjoyed playing with a cock. Most enjoyed sucking or being fucked by a cock.
Some said they appreciated a good looking man but didn't necessarily want to have sex with them.
52 % did find guys sexually attractive and actively pursued sex with men and women.
Some respondents kept their bisexuality a total secret, identifying only as straight on their profiles and in the outside world.
The main reason being lack of tolerance and understanding of bisexuals.
I didn't include individuals identifying as straight in my summary of Q1.
The reasons for me asking the questions was personal. I'm openly bi but get approached by a lot of guys who identify as straight. Not a problem.
I have also had sex with a few men where my cock was the focus of their attention. The fact I was attached to it, was immaterial.
I was just curious to find out some degrees of bisexuality.
It's a lot more common than you think, but hidden from view for much of the time.

There were 84 responses in total that were serious, some not so which were discounted and the usual smattering of the thought police who seem to ruin most serious threads.
It is no way scientific, just a survey to make your Monday more interesting. |

Mr Lincs is orally bi, but only when hidden behind Fab, he's attracted to cocks but not men.
The survey results are an accurate reflection of the single guys contacting us. Most of these have straight profiles but bi curiosities. Each to their own.

Nice study. Be interesting to see it with a larger sample size, but it certainly tallies with my own experience on here. I'd be surprised if the results were much different if it was 10,000 respondents.
Also, I'd be interested to see if there's a generational aspect to it as well. There's plenty of data that says 20-somethings are far more comfortable coming out as gay than 40+'s, which makes sense for a whole host of reasons, but I haven't seen anything either way for bisexuality. |

Most friends know I'm bi, family not so much. I fall in to the 'likes cock' category. I can't imagine ever falling in love with a guy but do enjoy sex with anyone so tend to go for the 'het exible' tag. |

I'm bi on FAB straight to all but my mrs and best friend. I am turned on by cocks not usually the men but when I really get to know someone it doesn't matter whether man or woman it's just a connection between two people who are attracted to each other. |

This is really interesting for me and the one survey result in particular.
I’ve never found men attractive although I can see when someone is technically attractive. But I find anything shoulder downwards seriously sexy and I’ve had some great times exploring!
A lady I knew said she didn’t think I was bi, but that I was just sexual. Not really sure how to identify myself because if I don’t fancy men then can I be bi even if I like to suck them etc? |

Interesting stuff. I think that a lot of guys do not think they are bi but do enjoy sex with another guy but pass it off as simply a sex act. I am bi and therefore totally enjoy sex with guys and find guys both attractive and sexually alluring. It is also interesting to see the number of straight guys that check out my profile and fab my pictures but do not make contact.  |

The results do not surprise me.
Even in 2018 it is generally not ok to be a Bi or Gay man. But much more acceptable to be a Bi or Lesbian woman. Hence it is often hidden.

I’m openly bi on fab, some of my family know, I’m not physically attracted to guys, but I do find that some I am! I enjoy bodily contact and enjoy full on sex with guys? BUT? Only when my partner is present, call it what you like, I’ve tried 1 on 1 but didn’t get the same feeling, so I’m happy to play bi as a group. |

I’m glad it’s not me then! Think I’m just naturally inquisitive and as I’ve got older braver to try things out. But it does confuse me that I like bodily contact with a nice bloke yet if I saw him in the street I wouldn’t look once, never mind twice! But what’s really weird is I’m ok with oral and stuff, it’s exciting but the thought of holding hands or kissing is repulsive ?? |
