Not had a piss enema. I guess you could bottle and store up your own urine - till you have enough - so that it retains healthy properties. Then warm to the right temperature, and infuse as your enema, such as from a bucket. It would be a non-sexual enema and a way to explore it, even if perhaps a little boring.
Alternatively, as many point out, perhaps you could either drink a lot of Carling and piss it out, or just use it straight from source.

As this as just been revived thought id add something; but please don't cringe or be rude....

 I think your reply is a tad extreme - I have visited some well known adult clubs and watched organised watersport ordinated floor shows, including pissing on/in both pussy and bums - no one for one min would should suggest the extremes you mentioned, which both vile and sickening
