B1 cinema, Amsterdam.

We're heading to Amsterdam at the weekend for a week. We're toying with the idea of visiting a sex cinema, the B1. Has anybody been who cares to share their experience and thoughts about it? |

Be prepared to be the only couple or female there. Straight films on the first floor, gay on the second, cubicles and dark room at the top. The second floor was by far the busiest. We like seedy but found the place seedy in a bad way. We've been twice, second time to see if it was different, and didn't like it. |

Been I a couple of times. Layout as stated above. Gay activity on all floors including the first hetro one. No females to be seen on either visit. Enjoyable non the less and have visited a lot seedier tbh.  |

We went there a few years ago - as described by other posters but mrs ox ended up stripped down to holdups and heels and us putting on a show for the dozen or so guys there - all very polite and none of them crowded us or tried to touch/join in without invitation ( something that some single guys at clubs in the uk could learn from ! )
Agree "sleazy" but you don't go to a porn cinema for silk sheets and comfort - it's that sleaze element that is part of the appeal/experience |

weve been here a few times now and only played once most of the men in there look dirty and last time was very smelly so its down to whos in I guess but be warned they swarm and follow too |

It has been a few years since I have been to the B1, I use to go occasionally with an ex. I would agree it is seedy but far less so than the cinemas in the Red light district. We never had any issues with the other guys in the B1 with them always being respectful and polite. If I was seeing someone with a exhibitionist streak I would readily go back to put on a show and maybe more. |
