In regards to Q2, I put mine through the wash, and so long as I don't put them through the tumble dryer, I can usually get 3 or 4 wears out of them before the sticky but needs the application of some half hour old ejaculate that is just hitting the superglue stage...

Stockings most days here. Love them! My profile pic is every day underwear.
Hold ups occasionally. Don't wash your hold ups with fabric conditioner - it kills the silicone.
After washing, when putting them on, slick the silicone strip with a little water and then put them into place.

Love suspenders but when getting playful they can kinda get in the way
Somehow hold ups seem naughtier and make me feel very sexy, so they are my preference
