Why sometimes I think I'm the most amazing person on the planet. Then others I struggle to think of a reason why anyone would want anything to do with me |

I've looked into it. I have Many charecteristics or symptoms whatever they are that would suggest this. :/ |

Knowing is half the battle....
I think everyone has it to some slight degree...good days and bad days ya know....it becomes a problem when the poles are so far apart that the differences become extreme....
I think anyhow...I'm no expert, far from it....but that's my guess |

Why, compared to so many things I've achieved in life, I'm finding it rediculously difficult to control something as simple as eating rubbish. 
Not happy with myself and as the thread suggests, knowing what I'm like at everything else in my life, don't get why I'm struggling.
