Each to their own but why do people insist on putting on their profiles that they want to meet people regardless of age and looks so long as they are fun and a good laugh. Were not Brad and Angelina but were not exactly Shrek and Princess Fiona. The scene certainly has changed over the last ten years. Just seems a lot of people just want to collect friends and pictures. Getting to the stage where we might take a long break. Bothers me that i expect other sites are exactly the same,where have the genuine swingers gone? |

Yes I agree with the above, I don't understand what your point is.
Is it that people won't meet you based on certain criteria which didn't prevent you getting meets before?
If you take a long break do you feel things will have changed when you return? |

To some people looks and size are not important, to others it is.
I agree about the friend requests etc from people miles away, but some people just like to chat I suppose. Everyone uses the site in a way that suits them, and that's ok, there's no right and wrong way. |

Its a metaphor in a way ..they are not saying literally they don't care what people look like they are saying its not the be all and end all ...if we took everyone's profile to a literal point we wouldn't meet anyone..

It's just a phrase people use to demonstrate that they're relatively open minded but when it comes down to it, what they don't mean is that they'll just fuck anyone, they still have to find someone attractive |

We look to see that we are comfortable with the other people before looks get considered.
We rather meet an ordinary fun couple who we can enjoy a laugh with than arrogant gym bodied posers who thinks we should be grateful they have condescended to meet us.

We are in manchester, why on earth would I want to be friends with someone miles away in Scotland. I am on here for swinging with a max of 30 miles to go for a meet. Waste of time and totally pointless in my book. But on the other hand the North has the edge on swinging so maybe if they are in a remote place in Scotland they might be angling after an invite to the bright lights of swing town. |

I have people on my friends list that I may or may not see.
Work might bring me closer to them, or maybe not. Of course I want to meet people, but Inlike to build a rapport with them. That takes time. Every one on my friends list is a beautiful person. Not necessarily a gym bunny, but a beautiful person as a whole package.
I'm a handsome chap, there's no denying it, but not everyone sees that from my face pics. At the end of the day, everyone uses fab their own way. Saying you aren't fussed about looks could just be a kack handed way of saying you can see the beauty in people that others might miss. |

I have a 'type' preference which blows my socks off when I see them, but have had some wonderful experiences with ladies I've chatted to on here, then subsequently met, who AREN'T in the category of being my 'type'.
Age looks and size are all irrelevant, within reason, if you connect on a similar level socially.
It's one reason why coffee meets with no promises but a possibility of more if it all works out are such a good idea.
