I tend to go through phases, most days it's a couple of times, but there have been a lot of days where it's been 4 or 5 for a while. I'm on a drive to reduce It as I think it's a bit addictive and got out of hand (oops!, no pun intended there honestly, lol) and I don't get much work done.
