As a couple who perhaps have more avenues open to us.. We have to actively email and keep track of potential meets

If we were to sit and wait we might as well go back to a vanilla lifestyle

As a women I don't send initial messages, I wait to be messaged but from the male friends I talk to they say they message or wink as most of the women are like me and don't

If i like someone's profile enough i will send them a message as some of the men on here would say i have.

i think its 50/50 just as i'm on a sex site shouldn't mean that the man has to do wall the work

The only time we send initial messages is in situations where we just like the style of the other peoples profile...we often comment how funny or honest etc it is...but we never send messages to strangers asking for a friends invite, or actual invites as we are more than aware that most people on here are not really interested in non swingers (or to use the technical term..'boring Vanillas' lol) or what we are into (web cams)..So we leave it to others to contact us first so save annoying people or wasting anyones time.

I never send initial messages as the type of playmate I'm seeking seldom puts what he is on his profile so pointless: they contact me!

totally agree, if someone catches your eye, why wait for them to come to you?

if you don't message, the only choices you have are those that have happened across your profile...reduces your options considerably

We rarely send prospective emails now, but did when we first joined the site. We use the system to keep in touch with existing friends, and we find we are more successfull meeting new friends at clubs and parties.
