One of the few downsides of being single is that it's more troublesome getting your '30 mins a day' as a good session with your other half.

How well do you have to do it, lets say if you venture to a club twice a week, to let Swinging count as sport? And how about building up muscle mass?

And ladies, don't you reckon anything on top of him would give the best outcome for becoming (or staying) fit? Would twice a week be enough?

No, twice a week is not enough, I'd go for twice a day and see how it goes.

had my 30 mins today lol, not quite healthy enough yet though so really should have some more.

i think just the kissing should count as exercise, as well as everything else.

not sure sex would build up muscle mass, unless you pick him up and fuck him somehow?

Don't forget to add anything you may swallow to your calorie tracker as well. I use an egg white as a substitution on occasions...

Never mind the man sweating I need to get fit!

Do your female friends ride / squat over, and on, the man's penis / do reverse cow girl? Because that's how I though it would give more genuine exercise?

Or, jeypegging could be a bit demanding, or the woman with her legs between his when he's on his back because then she had to use the strength of her arms too?

I think I'm so out of shape at the moment I wouldn't last more than 5 mins in any positition...

But if I were consistent twice a week it might change!
