Opinions please, I am thinking of renting out 2 of the rooms in my house. I am a TV and would be wanting "FWB's"
Has anyone done this and does it work?
What are the up's and down's (no pun intended!)
Thanks Trixie |

I think that's a bit of dodgy ground. If one of you starts getting feelings for the other one then it would be hard living with them. Even things like do you sleep in their bed or what if one doesn't fancy it one night would make it awkward |

I understand your comments but in this case, I am only visiting the property a few times a year and there would not be any assumption as to the FWB thing, that is for all to decide, however my cross dressing has to be acceptable and of course everyone has their own room anyway. |

When I was really young I shared with all genders and dressed, had some fbs around. I think that's a better situation than shagging flat/house mates. People I've lived with a still long term close friends - I don't generally remain close friends with my exes though.
Your home life should generally be arranged to be an easy place to live - adding complications can readily upset that balance. I'd aim to find flat/house mates who are the right people to live with, who can accept your dressing. |
