So that's the third couple I've had so far that have browsed my profile and/or winked and I've been unable to say hi back as they have blocked tv/ts from messaging them.

Do you have any idea how frustrating that is!

Maybe be proactive and look at other people's profiles instead of waiting for them to come to you. I assume they looked because they are curious, doesn't mean they're interested in meeting/chatting
