Only one i been to is Angels and sinners in walsall, had a good time in there. I think there are a couple in birmingham though?

There are no really quiet times. Suppose that the best times were between X and Y, then as soon as you indicate you're going, you can be sure that people will be in the cinema every day between those times just waiting for you.

Take your pick, take your chances and go for it I'd say.
