An interesting topic . We met up with a few couples at a social the other night and chat got around to so called secret sign from other swingers many were mentioned even to the ild pampas grass in the front garden lol.
However another new one on us was mentioned which was via social media it is said true or not i am not sure, that if you go on your face book /twitter in status leave the post open to public put the thumbs up sign and !!! swingers will private message with a return thumbs up !!! implying they are aware you are a swinger etc and may be interested . THe couple who told us this were yanks so it may just be an American thing , anyone else heard of it the other couple had but were like the pampas grass unsure if it was not a myth that has started to build up.  |

I think pampas grass was originally a british thing from the 70's when it used to be "wife swapping" separate rooms, car keys in a pot type of thing with the odd wife admitting to being AC/DC and rather hairy bits .  |

I'm not sure things like that will catch on because of the fact as soon as any media found out about it it would be viral in seconds - on a site like fb or twitter, kids, family, friends, work colleagues, old school friends, friends of friends and people you've never met would all know your business.
I suppose if you are completely open about being a swinger then all good, but then there would be no need for a sign! |
