I am finding it extremley hard to meet people for some reason or other?
I get a message of interest sent to me, I reply....everything is fine and then it comes to the crunch and nothing! But they messaged me lol!!
I wonder is there any tips to find the genuine people and not so genuine?
I need to meet people of here or I cant surive lol xx |

Might have something to do with what you actually say when you reply. But only you can answer that one, we’ve sent messages out to men when their profile has been of interest to us, but haven’t taken things further when the reply sounds like its been typed by a 16 year old virgin who has just finished watching his first porn flick.

I say try chatting to people before going str8 in for the hi fancy a shag approach most women prefer meeting socialy anyway before a play meet . |

if you are looking for "insta-shag" the site doesn't tend to work like that... sorry.. but it doesn't....
think of it like this... there are hundreds of people out there look for exactly the same thing as you......
how does your profile stand out?
what about your profile says to the people you are appealing to "wow i have to meet that person!!"

Sorry but have to disagree with that, there is the meet today section, works well for a lot of people looking for "insta-shags"
But I do agree that your profile needs to have that something special or interesting about it. Not good to copy someone else's though as when they contact you they soon work out that you don't match what you've copied.

We get at least 20 messages a day from people wanting to meet us.
one third never go on to arrange a meet after we have agreed to meet them.
one third "wont meet smokers" but we are smokers
one third have age criteria outside what we are so we wont meet them.
The last time we got a meet off here was a couple of months ago despite being available everyday/evening/weekend.
I think for many they just like the chase and will never actually get to meet anyone, others just go through the motions then can't be bothered taking it further.
When we do get a meet they are always great fun and well worth the timewasters and waiting so we just let it wash over us. |

They messaged you simply because they wanted to find out more about you.
Just because they messaged you first, doesnt mean a committment to take things further.
Some may wish to take it to a meet. Some wont. Doesnt mean to say they are not genuine. Just means that they dont want to take things further.
If you messaged someone but chatted to them and decided you didnt fancy them, would you meet them because you felt you had to, simply because you had sent the first message? |

People do loose interest, others change their mind but you have to accept people are fickle. Asking them in a polite manner is a possibility but maybe you should spend your energy contacting people your interested in. The most important thing is not to let a little rejection affect you. |
