Take a look at your profile from a woman's perspective. Ask yourself why she should meet you over all of the other guys available on the site. If you can answer that then you might have a chance. |

What were you expecting exactly?

I'm afraid you need to return to reality young man.
A number of things going against such expectations.
1. You are a single male - say hello to the many thousands of others on fab, that outnumber the ladies at around 300 to 1.
2. You are 18. Most people on this site would perhaps consider this rather young for swinging - (Of course, it isn't) Members of fab are on here looking for their own pleasure. You may be considered to be somewhat lacking in experience and therefore, many may feel that you might be looking for someone to teach you things etc.
3. Your profile. Afraid you're going to have to put in some effort there. One line and two pictures is only going to make you stand out for the wrong reasons. One of the best pieces of advice you'll read on the countless threads asking for profile advice is :
Effort in = Reward out.
4. Don't expect others to come to you. The ladies get around 100 messages a day - they simply don't have time to go looking for men - nor really, do they need to. Be pro-active. Message people. Many won't reply. Many will delete your message. You won't appeal to everyone. That's life.
5. Be patient. Rome wasn't built in a day. Most single guys wait up to 6 months to get their first meet.
Take another look at your profile. Think about how you might improve it. What does it tell anybody who reads it about you. What can you offer them that perhaps other guys aren't.
Chin up sunshine. You can have a lot of fun here, you just need to manage your expectations that's all.

A profile of one and a half lines long and you expect attention? Really??
A lot of single young guys think this is a site for free sex and going by the effort you have put in that is what people will think of you.
You need a MUCH better profile to convince people you are a mature young man rather than a boy playing in a grown up world. |
