Wen u put up a post and u simply ask a non offensive question, are just curious or for what ever reason want to fill in the blanks of your knowledge. Why is it that instead of getting back an answer that is informative, you actually get attitude from most people.

I always thought that when you ask a question, it ment that you are declaring that you do not know the answer or want to know what others think the answer is. Not what others think about you asking the question.

Watch, someone will add said drama into this post as well.

People just like to comment on something whether their opinion was asked for or not.

It's how we are, look at people preaching religion, they get told to shove stuff in peoples faces and that's how people are now. We're a nation of opinion givers, who aren't afraid to shove our opinions wherever they might be 'needed'. Just ignore their comments and respond to thank the ones who gave constructive advice and opinions, this is how we teach naughty children to behave.

Because most people are opinionated and judgemental. And what happens is they read a post but somehow it gets jumbled up in thier brain that it is actually uour opinion. I particularly like the ones who re post thier opinion about 5 times on different posts like it holds more credibility if they keep saying it. And then the ones who disagree with your opinion (and others commenting on the subject) and forget about the original post.

Also those blocking users because they disagree with your opinion

I mean what does that achieve..

As was said in a previous post, opinions are like arseholes, everyone has one. Ignore the ones who have nothing constructive to say, as you would in real life.

a persons opinion or viewpoint may well be seen as 'attitude', others will just see it as an opinion or viewpoint..

the nature of an open forum is that we may not like the contributions of others, does not make them any less valid though..

Exactly what they want I expect, it stops that person messaging them. That's quite reasonable, if you findsomeones opinion offensive you don't want to start messaging them by mistake, why do people persist in believing that being blocked is some sort of punishment?

I have seen some right self righteous replies in here, a very high percentage of forum users think they are the best parents, best pet owners, have the best relationship etc than anyone else and if anyone dares asks for help are quite happy to twist their words and shoot them down in a heart beat
