Right ladies and gents,
What we're after here your is club proof/ wild and groovy fuck proof make-up recommendations.
I for one quickly develop that wild woman gang-fucked in the Amazon, sweaty, smeary look. While some would say this was the aim of the game, I would love to see my nicely made up face stay put a little longer.
Estee Lauder Double Wear mascara seems to stay on with vigorous fucking.
Any product hints?

A good primer, foundation and then set with powder, wait for about 20 mins and re set with more powder. I don't seem to have a problem with mascara.. Touch wood! |

My younger sister did 2 years of theatrical make up and aesthetics and the make up she used to have to buy for her kits was mainly illamasqua. Its strong enough to withstand the heat from lights of being on stage and sets. |

I always use faketan on my face rather than foundation- and always use waterproof mascara. My lipstick still wears off and my powder does a little - but I still look tolerable!
Anyone found a lipstick that stays on yet? Revlon used to do a great lipstain/lipgloss but they don't do it any more! xx |

Elizabeth Arden, I have a red one (not too bright) if applied a few times turns into a stain, haven't tried other colours though x |

Oh and ilamasqua skin base is a fantastic foundation . It makes your skin look flawless.... It is on the pricey side but worth it . The ladies at the ilamasqua shops are lovely and I'm sure they will give you a sample to try if you ask. |

Ben Nye setting powder is great, must remember to get some more...my foundation always ends up all over everywhere but my face.
There's a Smashbox lipstain that's pricey but once applied won't budge for love nor money.

My nan used to wear the American tan tights a lot and if there was ever a time when I needed to wear a thin denier pair of types she told me to stick them I'm the freezer for a few hours before wearing them! God knows why but I never laddered a pair on a night out and a pee a lot when I'm drinking so lots of pulling them up and down all night! |

Avon eye makeup primer keeps the eyeshadow on. My foundation, blusher and lipstick disappears pretty quick though. |

I love this! Great, queens of war paint!
So,
MAKE UP
Ilamasqua
Smashbox (appropriately)
MAC
Sleek high pigment
Kiko eyeshadow pencils
Ben Nye setting powder
Avon primer
Maybelene lipstick pen
Revlon lipstain
Elizabeth Arden lippy
Lipcote
HOLD UPS
Honours
M&S hold ups (in the freezer)
Let me add hard-wearing fishnet body stockings from Dream Girl and lately (v cheap on Amazon )Princess Lace Boutique.
But NOT John Lewis own hold ups. Cost six quid, look nice but instantly shredded in the presence of fun.
MAC black gel eyeliner looks nice on me but doesn't survive. Maybe I need a kick-ass primer then?
Thank you ladies and gents. This is useful as cash wasted on rubbish products is cash we could've spent having fun!
Kisses x |
