Over the years porn (of the legal variety) has become more and more extreme .... All holes are filled, anal is almost a prerequisite, bigger toys are inserted, the sex is rougher ....
Where can porn go from here ....? What else can happen? has anything been left untapped?

With the sheer plethora of porn of all styles and genres availible, it is nice to have a bit of a story before they get down to the actual business(which can often in "proper" productions, be just 'porn by numbers' ie O,A,then cum, rinse, lather, repeat ad nauseum) Thtas why I prefer amatuer stuff,real people,and often mature porn too... less dead eyed staring from the women. |

On another level of the same topic, what about the youth of today. I find it scary that my son's first images of sex were so extreme. He's 14 and I caught him on one of the well known sites. Had to explain to him that although I understood his curiosity, that if he thought all sex was like that then he was going to be very disappointed  |

About the only "advances" in porn I find completely distastefull are scat and other similar body functions. I`ll admit to being non-plussed about watersports - not interested but equally not "afraid" of it either. I will go along with the usual "polished supermodel, superfit six pack" type of porn being boring!

If you are looking at it from a purely business perspective, porn usually leads the way. Obviously 3d is the next big thing so I think we'll definitely see some of that next.
As far as content goes, I think we pretty much have everything. Even if it's illegal, someone is making it and putting it on the net. |

As far as content goes,it can only get more extrme,as that becomes more accepted.Even now you can get really depraved stuff,but you have to look away from the main sites. I think as time goes on that will move into these sites,and I dread to think what will be the fringe interests

On the tech front,I am surprised that there are still paper porn mags on sale, as so much is available on the net so freely. Im not sure about 3D & Blu ray,again because of the internet,why pay when so much is free,or available for a small subscription, but then again I havent been in a porn shop for many many years, so may be a bit out of date on what is on the shelves...maybe when full virtual reality arrives people will shell out for it. |

The amount still available as "paper" amazes me - my local shop, which happens to be a petrol station has at least 50 titles on the top shelf.
Recently went into Harmony in London and they have an entire floor of porn mags.
Clearly there is still a huge market for this, even though you *would* have thought it was getting smaller. |
