Its a secret!
It was dog walkers watching couples in cars in secluded areas. Then over the years its tended to become a bit more hands on for them. It also now tends to include car meets. |

As mentioned at The Sunday Herald in 2003, the term dogging started in the early 1970s as a description of men who spied on couples having sex outdoors. These men would 'dog' the couples' and watch their every move |
