I've gone back to fat camp, I lost 7 stone last year but have put just over 2 stone back on, so I've gone back and started using the tread mill every day, I've lost 12 and a half pound since rejoining so I'm doing Ok, I'm going to stick to it this time and hit my goal by summer, that's the plan anyway
