Veri confusing

I've just recieved a nice new veri and noticed my veri list doesn't quite add up.

I am a veri short of the number people it says verified me. 10 veris by 11 people.

Is this because someone has left the site?

I did have two identical ones sent at the same time so I only put one on _iew. The unused one has now gone.
