Be careful. Prostitution is rife so it might seem liberal out there, but the police take a very dim view of any promiscuous activities. Technically you can be locked up for kissing in public.

I have visited a few times. You need to be sensible basically. They will turn a blind eye to a lot but if someone/anyone complains the police must investigate it and you will more than likely be assumed guilty. It only takes one person to make a complaint and you can end up in a lot of trouble. |

There are a few expats out there that play but as previous posts have mentioned, you need to be careful. If you get lucky, fine, but don't push the boat. Also, the last time I worked there Fab' was unavailable on there normal internet. |
