Hmmm the cynic in me thinks this is a look at me I'm ace post.
However, in case it isn't, how about you spend time on everything but the 'hot spot' for a good while and enjoy each other's erogenous zones instead of heading for the finishing line too soon?

My answer was serious. If you are that good or she is that sensitive, you will have to take your time. Keep her happy and I'm sure that in time you can either find ways for her to delay orgasm or she will find other ways to pleasure you.
