Thought we would spice things up and let the wife take me for a change with a strap on which she has wanted to do for a while

As much as I adore pegging I do always point out to the lady that starting slowly and building up to speed is best. It's also advisable to stretch a bit first with a couple of different sized plugs or toys.

i made that mistake first time i used strap on as well  poor guy was nearly crying

As my only sexual expereinces have been with men so far I think i might be able to help here
If youve never been anal fucked before the best thing is first to uses toys on yourself and listen to what your body is telling you. LOTS of lube and relax.
You have two rings of muscels in your butt the outer you can control the inner is more dificult to do so and you must be completly relaxed to open up.
