Soooo. .someone explain this to me. I like rough/dirty sex and like a bit if verbal abuse in right circumstances.
Turns me on being called a slut. However, the other week a guy called me 'a dirty slag' during play and it offended and upset me..what's that about? Why am I ok with slut but not with slag? |

Slag sounds more like your being paid for it while slut is more suttle to your ears even thou there technically the same. I wouldn't be offended being called a slag 1 because I am bwhahaha  |

I would say because the way the words are used is different, slut is a sexually adventurous person, a slag is someone who just fuck's anyone and anything |

Yeah..Thanks everyone. I think somehow slut is in roleplay/fun...I think maybe slag made me think of 16yr old lads calling some poor girl and judging her (it brought out the feminist in me! Ha ha) |

Absolutely agree, being a bi s/D switch ive always luved dirty talk as well as giving and recieving verbal abuse. But definately isn't welcome from all partners nor do i give it unless with certain partners. Timing, degree and level of excitement have everything to do with how much it turns me on, as well as the sex going on. |

I guess it's down to what the words mean to you.
To us a slut is a person who loves there so life and being down and dirty.

I'm the same...can't stand the word slag. Think it is because of it doesn't sound as nice as the word slut (slaaaag!) but also because of my past with the word. I've been called a fat slag in my younger days, but not a fat slut...think I put the word fat in front of it in my own head when I hear it so instant turn off. |

The guy didn't know I even liked rough or sub stuff. Was first time..I was planning on some vanilla kissing and groping..He launched straight in to calling me a slag (bit rude I thought! ) |

I'm a bit of a rough one but I don't think I would ever use the word slag... Some that tend to come out are as you say dirty slut, filthy whore, and if I'm being nasty then I may go as far as a skanky bitch but that's usually when we fall out lol |

I think it was incredibly rude OP. Maybe he misunderstood your submissive side and misinterpreted the situation.
I don't like sexual insults, I would stop the meet if it happened. Obviously lots of people enjoy being called names but you would of thought that people would be intelligent enough to have the conversation beforehand |

I "Mr kink" was lost in the moment a few days ago and came of with a cross between a slag and a slut.......
I called Mrs kink a dirty....
.....slug. haha it ruined the moment but gave us a laugh  |

They both mean the same its on google women of low moral values.

errm - that's why I put 'my personal view'. It's also a fairly common perception that there's a subtle difference between the two words regardless of what dictionaries might say. |
