just about every message we get from guys says althought my profile says straight im bi really!!!
we never have and never will meet them, if they are bi then put it on your profile, the only thought we have is that they will say what ever we want to hear to get a meet, sorry needed to rant |

Happens to us as well.. but we do meet them.. we understand the reasoning.. we don't necessarily agree with it though.
Although the lack of bi-ness has actually been a female thing not a male one.. ie they seem to be going through the motions
(although this happened rarely and not on any of our verifications!! just to make sure we are not bad naming people)

i dont understand, if your bi then shout about it if not then shout about that to, if you are bi and say you arent then you are lieing, and if your straight and say your bi your lieing also, and both are bad surely |

As an interesting exercise check out a T.V or gay guys profile and see how many of the friends and verifications are from "Straight" single guys.
Although I don't suppose your findings will surprise you!

I am bi, bi playful I like to class myself, as in will play with like minded other bi folk, but if someone was straight I am not going to jump them lol.
Think a few couples who say no bi males have a fear, or rather the male does, that the bi guy will try something with him. And probably worried he may enjoy it!
Actually had a couple admit that to me once as their concern about bi males. lol
And not saying all have that mindset before you all lynch me! |

No doubt there are some guys with that concern,personaly that doesn't bother me.
The reason we don't meet bi males is because just the thought of two guys together does nothing for either of us.
To us it's the same as people not being into scat,watersports,pain etc.
However,we have respect for bi guys who are honest,thus allowing people to exercise their personal preference.
You never get women lying about their sexuality just to get more sex.

The thing that amuses me with the “I’m bi really put straight on my profile because stating bi puts straight people off” Do they really not realise that putting ‘straight’ on their profile puts off bisexuals!!!
As for straight people who refuse to meet bisexuals I don’t get that either! BI-sexual means just that, a bisexual or gay will typically have no interest whatsoever in sexual interaction with a straight person of the same sex. But at least those who state they are bi are being honest whereas single guys who state they are straight often are not!

Too true! It's the point I was making! Probably not very well lol. I consider myself bi as I will play with likeminded bisexuals but I am not interested in pressuring a straight guy into letting me have his cock.

i have explained it on the forums several times, that i dont put bi on my profile and the reason I do it, even though I can playwith the same sex from time to time
but I have written the fact I am hetro-flexible on my profile so when i do message a bi couple I will explain that if they look at my profile they can see that I am not just trying to hide it, and explain its so I am not bombarded bi men and gay men but can still chat to the odd random ones |

Its very much a case of many men (and women to some extent) saying what they think will get them the most responses.
The perceived stigma of bi for men is odd, given that its almost normal for the younger generation of women to be partially bi at least.
Trouble is a lot of the bi male image revolves around dodgy meets in public toilets (if you read the papers), and I think there are lots where it is the exact opposite, i.e. its just another naughty kink like rimming, and in threesomes it tends to follow naturally in my opinion.
