I'm off to the York social tonight and was wondering whether people had bumped into people they knew at a social or a party?Maybe your dentist, the girl/guy from Tesco,or your postie??
How did it go,was it awkward?
I know one half of a couple that are going tonight, and as York isn't a big city,I think the chances are reasonably high that I'll at least know another face or two... |

Consider if you will, it's a social event for swingers......does it matter if you bump into someone you know? You're all there for the same reason after all.
Unless it was family then we wouldn't be bothered by it. |

I'm not bothered at all,was just wondering how other people had dealt with it,as it will have happened to others... |

We've happened upon a couple who know Mrs N from her workplace. No big deal, we had a laugh about it and a good old natter............ |
