We see so many profiles with the legalese on the bottom. Warning educational institutions not to use the details etc etc otherwise they will be subject to legal proceedings.
It makes me wonder how many people who have this on their profile would be willing to employ a lawyer to sue whoever? Cost, time, all come into it.
I think absolutely none!! So no point in having it.
What do others think? |

This has to be the warning to end all warnings. The actual profile was 10 words long, and two of them were just a single letter.
By posting this profile I do not wave my human rights to privacy under article 8.1 & 8.2 of the European Convention.
