why? Just why? Now I'm not complaining as I fall into this category and I'm very happy to, but I've just done a forum search and you guys are obsessed! So what's the reason to seek out an older lady rather than a young hottie? |

I'd imagine it's something about older women (generalising here) being perceived to be more comfortable in their sexuality, having a bit more experience and knowing what they want and so on. |

I used to wonder, then I realised that for some men it was about stereotypes but for lots it's a genuine preference for older women. They say our bodies are softer and often our attitudes are different. |

Alot of older woman look hot these days and find them attractive., so getting it on with an older woman is the fantasy/dream come true :D Alot of older men have a thing for younger girls. |

Honestly. For me, it's because they come with no drama. They know where we stand if we do meet or when we start talking. No complications and no drama - just annoying that i'm usually out the age range for almost everyone of them who really gets me going and are my cup of tea.
My experience with those around my age or younger has never been good. I've always found them to be too clingy, wasting my time with bullshit and the questions after questions if i do anything on fab or if i've met anyone.
I just get along with those who are older. Just seem to click. And i've always found older women sexy as fuck. And i don't meet them for experience, never have and never will - i'd like to think i don't need that.
(Apologies for the mini rant - that's what has been happening lately and it just ruins it for me)

I would guess it's mostly about pragmatism. Young guys soon find out that the majority of women on fab are older than them, and some will promote themselves as lovers of 'older women' in a bid to improve their chances of a meet. |

When you next see a post from a young guy purporting to prefer older women, take a peek at their profile. Chances are, the minimum age they're looking for will be 18, and they will have neglected to mention anything in their profile text about their strong desire to meet older women.

As some have suggested maybe older women are perceived to be more confident and less clingy. Although I'm sure this is true of many, some may be insecure as there body and looks change and perhaps for some there is the urge to find a man and settle down before "its too late". I feel sexier than I did when I was young and certainly don't want a man, but just playing devils advocate. |

When i have asked young guys who mail me why? their reply usually is because girls my age fall for you to easy they think because I want to fuck them i want to be with them where as older women tend to just be after sex too and aren't clingy |

I think it's to do with the "milf" thing !
As a kid growing up you used to see loads of fit mothers/teachers at school etc and you'd allways think oh ad like to fuck her even tho they where Probobly only mid 20s
And as you get older obviously so does that "milf" you allways perved at , at school - hence the fascination of the older lady
That's just my opinion

Personally I like to meet older women on here as it's just something a bit different. I meet women my own age in bars, clubs etc. On here I tend to look for sexual experiences that I don't tend to get much offline. For me, older women fall into that category.
Often older women can tend to have a bit more confidence and know what they want more when it comes to sex than women my age or younger.

A guy I met once said that to me, he'd text saying he loved me and wanted babies, but that people would laugh at him for being with an older women!! I didn't want him but was put out by his comment....there was only 12 years between us and with him looking older and me younger than my years, there didn't appear an age difference anyway. Guess it was just an insecurity he had  |

Not one teeny weeny scrap - I never had kids and I'm certainly not looking for any now!! I don't want to teach them anything, and I don't chase them - I like my men to be men whatever age they are! If I am looking for nsa it could not be easier - they are fun, they are keen as mustard, they have fabulous bodies and loads of stamina, what's not to like??
I don't want a relationship with a much younger man, so there's zero chance of me getting involved - so it's not going to 'cost' me anything either.

Older women have such a huge choice of men their own age and so many of us prefer men of around our own age that this isn't likely.
We could meet most nights of the week with guys in their fifties if we had the time.
I think anyone thinking they'll get gratitude from an older woman will soon be disabused of that idea.
