Assuming that your friend is female - then yes, she can define herself however she wants.
It's about attraction and feelings, not what you play with, or where your limits lie.
Wow though, I'd love to meet a woman like her! Lots of kissing and caressing and not going beyond that - I could take hours of that!

Well hello there lol
I just find that if you say you are bi then I think it would be quite rare to find a woman who wouldn't want to go further than that?!?

Hi there
Well, I'm fully Bi, and have been Bi-identified for years - a fully paid-up member of the local Bi community and LGBT scene.
I know what Bi means to me, to my friends and to other Bi-folk like us - it's about who you're attracted to, not what you do.
And yes, I'd be genuinely happy to spend hours, days, with another women just doing that - and I have done before.....

I think it's a case of separating emotion and sex. If you blindfolded someone and the same sex performed oral sex on them it would be still sexually gratifying, touch is touch. But would they want to then cuddle up on the sofa on a rainy Sunday afternoon? I think there a distinct difference between being sexually open, and/or being attracted to a person, or idea/act than there is being attracted emotionally to someone...end of the day a straight woman or man who swings does so for sexual reasons, but the people they play with they aren't in love with...
Of course her aversion to pussy, could be just a personal issue, no different from women who struggle with swallowing cum, and probably just a result of childhood and being told everything is dirty and covered in germs! |

I have a couple of friends who will do the kissing and touching the top half but the bottom half will only receive not give. My definition is bi selfish and if they're up front about it then I'm happy as I'm a giver. Send your bi selfish "friend" to me for an, ahem "talk" |

Not everyone enjoys or wants to have sex with everybody?
I had a girlfriend for about four or five months this year, and we only had sex perhaps four or five times? Just used to like spending time with her and cuddling up to her in bed. |

I've had bi experiences during threesomes, the last one going as far as another man making me cum for the first time. I got a thrill out if it but I certainly wouldn't want to cuddle up with him on a Sunday afternoon haha |

What about if your straight absolutely love women's bodies kissing etc but find the vagina (polite lol) less than attractive? Some women's vaginas do look very attractive but alot don't appear visually attractive |

If you are a woman who finds women's bodies attractive, you're almost certainly not straight.
Why is everyone so afraid of being called bisexual or pansexual? |
