Something totally different
A friend built a house but in error it was 2 metres to closer to the road than what he was allowed to build. A planning officer was coming out to inspect - feared that he be told to knock down a new house - asked a friend for help. Cut 2 metres off the tape and rejoined it.

Use a "fishermans" tape. Google it, they are available. It is marked in inches....but each
"Inch" is in fact only 2cm (so 20%smaller than real) In this way 4" real size comes up as 5" and 6" (average size statistically) comes up as 7.5".
I'm sure I've spotted a few of these tapes on some of the dodgy cock pics! |

Yes i agree completely, the inches seldom matter to me. As long as the shaft is a measurable 7" or more from the topside, starting from the well groomed navel to the tip of the hopefully noticebly fat mushroom helmet. But my prefered method of measurement is much more pleasurable in my opinion.
