Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows of any clubs/meets that are open in the day time, say from 10.00 until 14.00 as we would love to have fun but are restricted by school runs, would really appreciate any help thanks |

i don't look at mine, some people do and send a wink back and that say means it ok to message them, some will message you without winking back.
some people accidently wink though while on your page, especially if they have a touchscreen. |

Winks are nice. We are always flattered when we get a wink and also like to send them. To us, it's a bit like making eye contact in a crowded bar. It may not amount to anything, it's just a bit of harmless flirting. |

They're a low effort way to attempt contact that may be noticed, so worth a try, unless a user states a different preference.
I like them and understand how it's hard for many people to get responses from others. If I'm winked at, I wink it return if potentially interested.
A returned wink does not - of course - that a shag will follow. The balls still in the court of the initial instigator to follow through, via an appropriate message etc. |

I see people who wink as being too nervous to actually message so in that case there's no point talking to them cuz they'd probably shit themselves if we actually meet. |

I don't really do winks, if I get them I think someone likes the profile but I would think if someone wanted to talk to me then they would message......I guess in my world they are like a profile 'fab' |

Like many I just see them as a show of interest and if I am interested I will wink back, if they follow up with a message fine if not it goes no further. I have had one or two great meets with guys where a wink got the ball rolling
I don't think they are necessarily lazy, so many messages get ignored I can understand why single guys get despondent and resort to winking instead! |

"We like winks & will respond if we like the look of the profile
Unless its from people 200 miles away
110, 150+ driving "
I suppose it's ok if they travelling but most of the time I can't help but think why wink if you have no intentions ?
We do look at London profiles because we like staying in London from time to time |

Winks? Never know how and when to use them so tend to avoid them particularly as so many people say 'winks will be blocked' ..
Always happy to receive them though ... (ha ha like that's happened about 5 times) |
