"Would probably come under driving without due care and attention... "
This ^^
If you want to kill yourself, go ahead.
But don't put innocents in danger |

"Quick question... Is its against the law to have a wank whilst driving? "
Their is a joke somewhere here about '"driving ya' nuts", but I'm to tired to workshop it. |

It bloody should be! If you hit and injure or kill an innocent child because your hand isn't where it should be and your eyes arent on the road you should be locked up! There is a time and a place for everything! |

"FFS there have been a number of cases of fatal accidents as a result of this....... Just why ????? "
They would, and should, qualify for Darwin Awards; removal of the stupid from the gene pool.
Hopefully, without the removal of anybody else. |

im not sure if there is an actual law stating this but im sure if you got caught or worse had an accident due to this then im sure the powers to be would find a way to charge you with anything they could, add to this the embarasement if was made public
putting law aside wouldn't common sense tell you this is rather a silly thing to do given possible consequences |

If the question is asked in a serious context then you have to ask is the person asking the question suffering from the Dunning-Kruger effect, which basically means the person is stupid but doesn't know he's stupid. |

I would suggest that there may be a number of offences involving indecent exposure if seen by anyone else.
As well as the simple one of not being in proper control of your vehicle.... same as was used for people using a mobile phone before they made that a specific offence.
I want to see 'wank driving' on the statute books !
I just hope that this wasn't a serious question ! |

There is a good wiki page that explains D-K. The original poster does not suffer from it because he is enlightened enough to ask the question. |

"What if someone is doing it for you?"
could still cause you to be nicked, public decency, care & attention etc.
There's an old story, no idea if true, about a couple who crashed. He died of massive blood loss, she choked to death. Apparently BJ's can be dangerous when driving |

Even if all eyes are on the road? "
Don't put your eyes on the road, some inattentive wanker will run them over |

I've tried to report this thread because I think its inappropriate and downright fucking stupid, seems admin don't agree. So, for the record. In the event that you caused harm to anyone I care about OP, your last worry will be the sentence. |

Unless he has a very long cock so he could self-fellatio without taking his eyes off the road |

"Yes as both hands must be on steering wheel unless changing gear "
If that was law then people with only one arm could not get a driving licence.
The law only requires you to be in control of the vehicle. There are too many exceptions, switching on lights, performing hand signals to name just two.
There are decency laws that prevent exposing & touching genitals in public which could be used to prosecute though |
