how boring are train journeys. Oh how it would be good to have a beacon on a phone to say I'm here bored come and talk naughtiness with me while rubbing my thigh

I got absolutely wasted on a train once. Puked and fell asleep for an hour.........Not great considering I was driving the fricking thing..... ps.yes it's a joke. |

Love train journeys... music on, phone on silent so as not to annoy anyone else, decent books on the kindle and not worrying about some of the real twats who seem to have found drivers licences! Its also generally child free time, or something that will interest a 5 year old - we went to edinburgh zoo on the train this year for a weekend treat!
Does also depend on the destination... a recent trip to glasgow was full of anticipation (3 and a half hours of texting and teasing) made for a very intense build up to an amazing weekend! |

I Mr X think trains are cool.
So much easier than as mentioned above shit drivers on the road. I can be happy and talk to who im with or even at times other train go'ers.
Take this situation to a Bus!!!! And it seems a different kettle of fish.
I hate, purely hate going on a bus.
I cant talk to anyone not even Mrs X as it feels like the guy behind you as practicly looking and the back of your head just inches away.
What could you possibly talk about with someone so close earwigging.
I wonder if we mixed the two and had trams instead.....Would it be any different?
