I'd let you travel...

I would travel for the right prospects, though within reason. There's no point me flying out to Edinburgh only to find they've bottled it. So there would have had to be a good build up of trust and rapport. Which is how I've done it in the past and has worked (thus far). Without the trust and rapport I would only travel as far as commutable from where I am.

Meet yes, travel to no not for a first meet, I always stay local first meet as i don't drive and I'm just not willing to sit for hours on trains on the off chance of liking someone, once we have met I have no problem traveling for remeets

Tell them we're accountants and have to help you do the tax returns. That should make them run for the hills. Once kids are gone, the bean counters can start bean flicking
