Best way I can think to describe it is as being like a tiny pizza cutter, but instead of having a circular blade there's a wheel with small spikes on it. You run it gently (or not so gently) over the skin, the sensation is very stimulating. |

We have been using them for years, either on their own (we have a variety of type from single to 7 wheel ones) to use with secondary contact with the violet wand. never used one with an EStim and would need to check with the makers firsr. but we found cleaning them after is problematic when using on others. some are chrome steel others are surgical steel the chrome ones we use alcohol spray on and the others can be boiled or put in the dishwasher. |

Pin wheels are leather working stich markers, you run the wheel along the leather and it makes small holes to sew through, lot cheaper to buy from sadderly suppliers than kink sites. |
