I (Mrs Jay) struggle a fair bit with self confidence but I always find that for a few days after a meet I feel like I'm walking an inch taller, more confident and with a secret little smile inside because no one knows what we've been up to  . Maybe it's because it's a huge ego boost to know men other than Mr Jay find me attractive?
Anyone else feel the same? |

I love that feeling and never want it to stop but then sometimes I get the opposite feeling when someone doesn't talk much after I feel I'm not good enough etc ...that's not so good  but thankfully doesn't happen often |

Yes I've felt like that when we've not received a veri but the good feelings after a great meet definitely make up for it! |
